From October 16th 2019, it will be mandatory for goods coming into the Canary Islands, to use pallets that comply with ISPM No. 15: pallets must have the distinctive, visible, confirming that they have been treated with an approved phytosanitary treatment (black spike).
The non-use of them will lead to fines and possible destruction of the goods
